Roasted Kohlrabi with Dill

Makes 2 side servings

  •  1 bunch Kohlrabi (bulbs)
  • ½ bunch Dill
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 375. Cut kohlrabi into thin slices. Chop dill into fine pieces. Take half of chopped dill and sprinkle on top of kohlrabi, and toss both with oil, salt and pepper. Place in oven for 15 minutes, until kohlrabi is tender. Add the rest of the chopped dill and serve.
